The Halifax 2011 Canada Games Host Society is seeking proposals for Pin Contractor to provide:

• Pin design – as many as 100 distinct designs.
• Pin production – production of as many as 100,000 pins.
• Assist the Host Society with inventory / ordering procedures and reporting.

The Pin Program will have two sales channels:

1) Advanced licensed sales, in which a percentage (%) is provided to the host society
2) Games time on-site sales, which will be managed by the Host Society with pins secured from Pin Contractor

Sealed Form of Proposal for Pin Contractor will be received by the Halifax 2011 Canada Games Host Society, Barrington Tower, Suite 600, 1894 Barrington St., Halifax, NS B3J 2A8 or P.O. Box 1749 Halifax, NS B3J 3A5 until 2:00 p.m. (AST) Wednesday, February 17, 2010. Please note courier packages cannot be sent to post office box.

The Halifax 2011 Canada Games Host Society reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to award the contract in its entirety, or in part, whichever in its opinion best serves the interest of the 2011 Canada Winter Games.
